Kimberly Phillips//Office Manager

Kimberly Phillips grew up in Radnor, Pennsylvania. In 1977, she started her career as an optician that spanned the next 28 years, holding positions of receptionist. Manager, lab optician, lab manager, optical trainer, and district manager. Kimberly also opened and trained several Franchises.

In January of 2004, Kimberly started working for Dr. Royster at Haverford Animal Hospital.

Kimberly has been an animal lover from her first memories as a child.

Amber Rowen//Veterinary Technician Supervisor & Assistant Manager

Amber Rowen has lived in Pennsylvania her entire life. Her life has always been filled with animals. She has worked as a ward technician, veterinary and kennel assistant and part-time receptionist. In May of 2010 she graduated from Harcum College for Veterinary Technology with a degree in science.

Amber's time is spent with her family, friends and pets. Renesmee; her Bernese mountain dog and Jasper; her cat are just two pets to name. She has also owned ferrets, rats, guinea pigs, a blue jay and a morning dove.

Amber also enjoys the outdoors, shopping and reading.

P.T. Gray//Kennel Technician

P.T. Gray was born in Rosemont, Pennsylvania and has lived there for 62 years. As a graduate of Radnor High School, Paul enlisted in the United States Army and toured in Vietnam.Returning to the States, he began working for Dr. Carl Cousins, then owner of Haverford Animal Hospital.

On August 1, 1994, when Dr. Reginald Royster purchased Haverford Animal Hospital, P.T.
Gray continued his work here.

Over the past 46 years, Paul has given great care and support to our patients, clients and staff.

 

 

 

Albert Davis// Kennel Technician

Albert was raised in Ardmore, PA. During High School he volunteered and worked at the Philadelphia Zoo through the Junior Zoo Apprentice Program (JZAP). While at the Zoo he had the opportunity to work with a variety of animals. He enjoyed working with the reptiles most of all.

 While attending college, he began working at Haverford Animal Hospital as a kennel assistant. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Cheyney University in 2006.

His future plans include going back to school, but he is still unsure of what major to pursue.



Samantha Tighe// Veterinary Technician Assistant

Samantha Tighe grew up and lives in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. She  studied  "Captive Wildlife Care & Education" at Unity College in Maine. Before graduating, Sam Chose to start a career as a Kennel Technician with training in Veterinary Assisting.

Sam has A Malamute named Blizzard and a cat named Leaf.

Sam plans to continue her education at Temple University in the Fall of 2011.

 




 

 

Cindy Straw//Receptionist


Having a life-long love of animals, Cindy is very pleased and excited to be a part of the Haverford Animal Hospital team. She started her career working with animal Hospitals in 2004.


 She is very found of her cats. Inky, her almost 13 year old tuxedo cat found her in 1999 and her youngest acquisition, Mitzy found her in 2005.

They bring much joy and comfort to her life.
